This is a classic single paned wood window from the 60's. We've replaced it here with a thermally broken aluminum replacement window and covered the exterior with a custom bent metal coil stock covering. This means cleaning the windows and painting too is done with a garden hose. That's what I call easy to maintain. This project is in Highland Park, Texas.
